Cece Dove, a transgender female murdered by Andrey Bridges in Ohio, will have her fatal attraction story featured on Swamp Murders on ID. CeCe Dove, who also went by the name Cemia Dove but named Carl Acoff Jr., at birth, died in an Olmsted Township apartment after going to meet with a man who allegedly believed Cece Dove was a real or biologically-born female. Swamp Murders focuses on missing person cases whose victims are later found dead in bodies of water. In the case of Cece ‘Cemia’ Dove, her body was found in 2013 in a pond or small lake.

Karl Myers was found guilty of raping and murdering Shawn Williams
This week Swamp Murders spotlights the murder of Shawn Williams, who went out to the store one evening and was never seen alive again.
April 1993 and young mother Shawn Williams went out on a late night trip to the local store, she was never seen alive again. The next day her body was found near the Oklahoma River and detectives begin to examine her personal life to see if there are any potential killers in her social circle.
Years later Karl Myers, who had already served time for assault and rape was found guilty of raping and killing Williams as well.
Police also suspect he sexually assaulted and killed three girl scouts in the late 1970s.
Myers died of natural causes 2012 aged 64 in Oklahoma State Penitentiary.

Megan Carr and Cherish DeSantis were murdered at a beach near Alligator Point
This week Swamp Murders looks at the tragic murder of two 16-year-old girls from Thomasville, shot in the head whilst they were sunbathing on a beach.
March 1992 and 16-year-old girls Megan Carr and Cherish DeSantis went for a drive to a Florida beach to spend the day getting some fresh air and catching some sun. Around 12.30 in the afternoon a local police officer walked down the beach with his family and spotted the girls. On the way back they noticed they had not moved, but did not think anything of it.
A few hours later the girls were found to have been shot in the head and must have already been dead when the officer walked passed.

WOODSTOCK, GA — Savanna Renee can’t remember a time when she wanted to pursue a career that deviated from her love of acting. The upcoming episode, entitled “Point Of No Return,” will chronicle the deaths of two teenage girls during their spring break trip on a remote Florida beach. This is Renee’s first appearance on Investigation Discovery’s hit show, a re-enactment series that recounts the deaths of people whose corpses are typically found in bodies of water.

A local young woman has landed the opportunity to be on national television Saturday night, starring in this weekend’s episode of “Swamp Murders” on Investigation Discovery Channel.
Savanna Beavers, or Savanna Renee, 22, plays a 16-year-old Cherish Desantis, who goes to the beach in Florida with her best friend, Megan Carr, in 1992 and never returns home.
“Swamp Murders” is a true crime, documentary style show featuring real stories of murder investigations that take place from Louisiana and Missouri to Georgia and Florida. Saturday’s episode, season five episode eight, airs at 10 p.m. eastern time.
“(Desantis) is very fun loving, everyone loves her at school, she’s always at her best friend’s house and she has a boyfriend who really loves her,” Beavers said. “We are on spring break, and we are down to the beach and we get murdered at the beach, so the whole episode they’re trying to solve our murder.”

An actor plays Tina’s sister after realizing she hasn’t come home on Swamp Murders
Investigation Discovery’s docuseries Swamp Murders tonight looks at the chilling case of 18-year-old Tina Hendricks, who was raped and murdered before her corpse was dumped in a Florida canal.
The episode includes interviews with those close to the case including family members who talk through the tragic events of the night she disappeared, with actors recreating the horrific events.
Tina was last seen alive leaving the Post Time II lounge in Leesburg, Florida, with a man after a night out.
Her sister immediately knew something was wrong when she woke up the following morning and found Tina nowhere to be seen.
Her corpse was found in Leesburg’s Herlong Park by a fisherman on June 29, 1989.
